We do not sell or rent your email address, or share it with advertisers or other businesses for their marketing. Event and promotional messages require your choice to opt in.

What this policy covers

This policy describes the Dollhouse Connect online member portal, provided for the club through Silent Rotation by Evolve Entertainment Solutions. It covers guest, entertainer and staff accounts. It does not describe separate club systems, such as point-of-sale or ID scanning.

Information you choose to provide

You can create an account with Google or an email address and password. Other profile details are optional: names, phone number, language preference, About Me and a photo. Staff and entertainer accounts may also include a requested role, manager decisions and review history. We store account identifiers, verification status and timestamps to operate your account.

Firebase Authentication handles your password. It is not saved in your profile or made available to club managers. Hosting and authentication providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the service.

How we use your information

We use account information to let you sign in, maintain your profile, show club information, review staff and entertainer submissions, and provide support. Staff and entertainer submissions require manager approval. Connected staff and entertainer profiles synchronize with the office development app. Profile edits require local manager approval; privacy choices are applied directly. Requests remain pending when the development computer is offline. The onsite club server is not connected to this development trial.

Your email and notification choices

Creating an account does not subscribe you to event, promotional, email or text campaigns. This release does not send event notifications and does not yet offer notification settings. If event notifications are introduced, they will stay off unless you enable them, and you will be able to turn them off again.

Account-related messages are separate from marketing. These include verification and password-reset emails you request and necessary security or service notices. Manager posts appear inside the portal; viewing them does not subscribe you to messages.

Who can access your information

Your profile is private to you and authorized management. Other members cannot browse your account information or email. Profile photos are not automatically published as featured content; managers create featured posts separately.

We use Google Firebase for hosting, authentication and data storage. These service providers process information needed to operate the portal on our behalf. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect account security. These limited uses are different from sharing your email for marketing. Browser storage and external resources

The portal uses browser storage to keep you signed in during your browser session and remember an unfinished signup choice. Sign out on shared devices. We have not added advertising trackers or an analytics SDK to this portal. Google Fonts supplies the site’s typefaces and receives the usual connection information when your browser requests them.

Staff and entertainer privacy choices

Keep me private limits profile information and photos to account administration. In-club only allows public profile information and photos inside the club, but excludes online posts and marketing. Featured permits public profile information and images in online features and club marketing. Phone numbers, login emails and account records stay private at every level.

Choose during signup or update My profile. The online choice saves without manager approval. A connected featured-gallery entry is hidden when its account chooses Private or In-club only. Management must check current choices for other posts and marketing. Previously distributed material cannot be recalled automatically. Connected gallery entries follow their club profile’s privacy choice. A website privacy request hides the connected gallery entry immediately while the development app processes it.

Keeping and updating your information

You can edit your profile in My profile. Staff and entertainer edits go through manager review; an earlier approved version and review history may be retained. We keep records needed for your account, approvals, support and security. There is no automatic deletion schedule or self-service account deletion in this first release.

To ask about your information, request a copy or correction, or request account deletion, contact club management and identify your Dollhouse Connect account. We may need to verify that it is yours. Never send your password. Any information that must be retained for legal or security reasons will be explained when handling your request.

Protecting your account

We use encrypted web connections and access controls to limit who can read or change records. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Use a unique password and keep your login details private.

Policy updates

We will update this page and its effective date when our practices change. A policy update alone will not opt you into event or promotional messages.
